Shyder Services is a one-person operation built on a lifetime of hands-on experience — I grew up farming in the Philippines, where managing large plots of land taught me patience, discipline, and respect for the smallest details. I bring those same farming principles to every lawn and landscape I work on, and that background is part of what sets Shyder Services apart and advanced. How do I get a quote?

Do I need to be home during the work?

Not necessarily. As long as our crew has access to the work area, we can proceed without you being on site — we're happy to arrange access ahead of time.

How does payment work?

A deposit is due at signing, with the balance due upon completion. Full terms are laid out in the service agreement provided before work starts.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope of work. During your on-site consultation, we'll give you a realistic timeline before anything is scheduled.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes — beyond one-time projects, we offer lawn and garden maintenance on a recurring schedule that fits your property.
